Natasha Chadwick has been named the 2019 Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year. Her business, NewDirection Care, also took out the Telstra Queensland Medium and Large Business Award for the World’s First Microtown™, located in Bellmere, Queensland.

Australia has an aging population and increasingly people are looking for alternatives to the traditional retirement village.

The spotlight is harsh on Australia’s Aged Care industry and Natasha Chadwick is shining new light with her work, reinventing Aged Care as we know it.

Natasha Chadwick won two major awards (2019 Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year and in the Medium to Large Business Category) – for her world-first ‘Microtown’ aged care model.

Natasha Chadwick entered the aged care industry early in her career, and quickly became determined to change the way things were done.

The Telstra Business Women’s Awards judges have selected Natasha as one of the most outstanding women doing business in Queensland and have shortlisted her for the finals which will take place in Brisbane at the end of March. It’s an incredible achievement, but no less than she deserves.
